![]() Using pixel measurements on both maps(Not an exact measurement but its close enough), here were the results:Įven if counting in the possible map boundaries in the Fallout 76, and because around 20 percent of the Fallout 4 map is water, Fallout 76 IS actually pretty close to 4 times the size of fallout 4. Fallout 76 minimum specifications: CPU: Intel Core i5 6600k 3.5 GHz / AMD Ryzen 3 1300X 3.5 GHz or equivalent Memory: 8GB OS: Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required) Graphics card: NVIDIA GTX 780. Using the Boat that was used in the Jaws reference in F4 with the same model, I was able to compare it to a satellite map I found of the game and scale the map. Added Ctrl+A (select all) and Ctrl+S (save changes) to the mod manager. ![]() Added warnings to the mod side panel, which hopefully aid in troubleshooting. This world packs six regions with distinct biomes. Changed how the side panel behaves: it now automatically opens when selecting a mod (or multiple mods), and changes get applied (and saved) immediately. After, I scaled the boat against a road close behind it that was really recognizable on the F76 map created by Chiyuiri near Charleston and was able to scale the whole map. Bethesda claims Fallout 76's world is 'four times' the size of Fallout 4, making for what looks to be the biggest map in series history. It's also the first Fallout game to be a completely online experience, though how reliable Fallout 76 servers would be at launch remains to be seen, as the limited Fallout 76 beta events haven't been enough of a test. Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 3.6 GHz / AMD Ryzen 5 1500X 3.5 GHz. Xbox One 4,599, and PC is the ninth entry in the long-running post-apocalyptic role-playing game series. I was able to find the scale of the maps because of a boat I found in a trailer screenshot that uses the same model that was used in F4. Fallout 76 (Recommended): Requires 64-bit processor and operating system. Edit: I'm posting this because of people doubting Todd Howard's claim that the map is 4 times the size of Fallout 4Įdit 2: Actually it might be closer to 3 times the size.(Thanks to giulianosse in the comments below)Įdit 3: I could change the measurement with actual feet or yards using currently available measurements of the F4 Map, but I'm too lazy atm (and also it's funnier ) )
